Product description

1. This machine is mainly used to shred some recycled materials (such as: sponge, foam, non-woven fabrics, spray adhesive cotton, etc.) into more uniform pieces for recycling.
2. The machine cutter is made of steel material, the material to be processed directly into the machine to be processed into granular blocks, widely used in sofas, mattresses, seat cushions, toys, isolation packaging materials and other industries.
3. The machine can choose two sets of knives and three sets of knives, the first set of knives will cut the sponge block into slices, the second set of knives will cut the sliced sponge into strips, and the third set of knives will cut the strips of sponge into granules.
4. The width of the cut sponge is 8, and the length is adjustable from 5 to 25mm (according to customer's requirement).
