Product description
1. This equipment is used for automatic uncoiling, straightening, cutting and bending of paper wrapped (rubber wrapped) steel wires for sofa spring positioning, and final collection process.
2. By manually placing the rolls of incoming material into the material rack in advance, the equipment is automatically loaded for production, the overall efficient and stable realization of the paper wrapped steel wire according to the needs of the cutting and bending, and after the completion of the use of finished products collected in the material rack.
3. The processing speed of the equipment can be linearly adjusted settings, through the industrial computer control, modification of the relevant parameters can be realized according to the set demand for finished product length and bending length, and the bending length.
